Unlike traditional caterers, we are "Personal Chefs". This means all of the food cooking and preparation are done at the convenience of your home. We create a menu based on your preference, and from there supply anything you need! Since all of the food and supplies are yours, there is no markup on the items purchased through The Sage Personal Dining and Events. Our event team is there the entire event. Including preparation, set-up, cooking, serving, and cleaning. Depending on the number of guests and event type, our chefs will either serve the food themselves, or bring staff to help. At the end of the night, we make sure everything is cleaned and spotless. At The Sage Personal Dining and Events our goal is to always make sure the host of the party has to do the least amount of work possible, allowing them to enjoy time with their guests! Our team of chefs and event planners can help with as much or as little as you choose! Including (but not limited to):

    • Food (Appetizers, Entrees, Desserts, etc.)
    • Drinks (Alcoholic and non-alcoholic), Ice
    • Serving platters and tongs
    • Disposable plates, napkins, cups, etc.
    • Rentals
    • Decorations
    • Service
    • Set-up and Clean-up


        • Private Dinner Parties
        • Birthdays, Wedding Showers, Baby Showers
        • Anniversaries, Retirements
        • Holiday Parties
        • Thanksgiving Preparation
        • Tailgates


        Since each event is different, our pricing for Special Events is custom. Prices are dependent upon:

            • Number of Guests
            • Length of the Event
            • Equipment Needed for the Event (rentals, supplies, etc.)
            • Decor/Planning for Event

            Although Special Event prices are custom, each quote always includes:

                • Initial interview to determine what you and your guests like to eat. Including specific diet regimens, allergies, and health restrictions.
                • Customized menu and recipe development to meet your parties needs. Including colors, themes, etc.
                • Grocery shopping at the market of choice on the event date.
                • All travel expenses, including to and from the grocery store and your home.
                • Complete meal preparation and cooking performed in the convenience of your home.
                • All serving platters and serving ware.
                • Preparation, event-setup, cooking,and serving.
                • Complete kitchen cleanup.
                • (Prices do NOT include the cost of groceries and disposable party supplies)

                At The Sage Personal Dining and Events, our chefs are there to make less work for you. We provide all of our own cooking equipment. All we ask is for a working stove, oven, and refrigerator storage. (If grilled items are preferred, we will also need a working grill).
